Windows Server 2003 R2 RC0開放下載測試

預計於2005年底推出的Windows Server 2003 R2，微軟日前將Windows Server 2003 R2 Release Candidate 0（RC0）置於其官方網站上提供下載，讓有興趣的使用者測試。

自從Windows Server 2003推出之後，並沒有任何的大改變，而預計於今年年底推出的Windows Server 2003 R2，將會支援64位元，並且包含了聯邦式身份認證服務（Active Directory Federation Services）技術，允許以結盟的方式，透過Web Services 以輕鬆達到相互交換身份識別及身份認證的目的；另外，對於管理分公司的資訊系統以及印表機管理介面，該公司宣稱，Windows Server 2003 R2能讓IT人員更有效率的管理分公司的檔案及印表機伺服器。

微軟方面指出，Windows Server 2003 R2將會有3個版本，分別是標準版（Standard）、企業版（Enterprise）以及資料中心（DataCenter）；另外，Windows Server 2003 R2 RC0將提供180天的測試期。文⊙賴怡安
