微軟調漲Exchange、SharePoint伺服器產品本地部署授權費10%

微軟本周宣布包括SharePoint Server、Exchange Server等伺服器本地部署授權，將從7月調漲10%。而且用戶端授權費也將於8月調漲。

微軟說，為了支援本地部署軟體的持續維護和更新，所有單獨本地部署伺服器價格，包括SharePoint Server、Exchange Server及Skype for Business Server，從7月起調價。同時，用戶端核心存取授權（Core Client Access License，CAL）套件和企業版Enterprise CAL Suite將從8月1日起，分別調漲15%和20%。

這些調整適用於本地版伺服器產品，不影響SharePoint Online、Exchange Online和Teams，不論是個別採購或經由Microsoft 365授權購買的用戶。

連同Exchange Server本地部署版的漲價，微軟還宣布Exchange Server訂閱版本（Subscription Edition，SE）和Skype for Business訂閱版本7月起正式上市。

Exchange Server訂閱版本（和Skype for Business訂閱版本）是為了偏好本地部署，不想用代管版本的企業而設計。微軟解釋，和舊式產品差別在於SE由現代生命周期政策（Modern Lifecycle Policy）治理，這表示產品會持續獲得支援，Exchange SE codebase會永遠在最新狀態，不再像過去以年份編號（如Exchange Server 2019）有版本差異。

Exchange Server SE訴諸Exchange Server 2019、2016及2013用戶升級。微軟說，為簡化從Exchange Server 2019就地升級到Exchange SE RTM，和Exchange Server 2019 CU15相較，SE版沒有移除或增加功能，AD schema不會變動、不需新的授權金鑰，安裝條件也沒變動。

Exchange Server 2019企業用戶可以直接執行從Exchange Server 2019 CU(cumulative update) 14/15升級到Exchange Server SE。但Exchange Server 2013及2016的版本，則必須先升級到Exchange Server 2019 CU 14/15才能升級到SE。
