Ubuntu已在Windows Store上架了!

微軟積極豐富軟體商店Windows Store的內容，本周宣佈現在連Ubuntu Linux也可以在Windows Store下載。

目前Ubuntu僅開放參加Windows 10 build 16215以後的Windows Insider 開發人員下載。不過微軟表示，Windows Store的Ubuntu Linux發行版即將脫離預覽階段，今年秋天將可提供任何Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 以後版本用戶下載。
 
這是微軟繼五月間在Build開發者大會上，微軟執行副總裁Terry Myerson宣佈將和Linux發行商合作，使之在Windows Store下載後完成上架的第一例。微軟表示，由於Windows Store提供了區塊式下載機制，可縮減下載軟體體積，因此較現有方式更快而穩定。另外，微軟也開放Windows 10中Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL)執行Bash指令，使Windows 10可同時安裝以及執行多個Linux發行版。
 
除了Ubuntu之外，SUSE和Fedora也在微軟合作之列，微軟預計SUSE和Fedora也將在未來一二周內在Windows Store上架。
