比特幣交易網站 Mt. Gox 突然關閉，美日展開調查

位於日本、曾是全球比特幣最大交易機構的Mt. Gox在本周一（2/24）宣布停止所有的交易，網站也在當天停擺。謠言滿天飛，日本與美國政府相繼針對此事展開調查，並有美國議員出面呼籲立法禁止比特幣。

成立於2009年的Mt. Gox本來從事的是收藏卡的交易，但在2010年改頭換面成為比特幣交易商，並曾是全球規模最大的比特幣交易商，但後來被中國的比特幣中國（BTC China）所取代。其執行長Mark Karpele也在本周日（2/23）退出比特幣慈善基金會（Bitcoin Foundation）的董事會。

Mt. Gox的服務曾出現多次意外，例如2011年時其網站被駭導致交易價格一度滑落到0.1美元，去年初系統再出現錯誤讓Mt. Gox一度中止交易並惹來政府機關的調查，也曾以市場冷卻為暫時中止交易一天。去年6月宣布停止以美元支付，還有Mt. Gox遲付或拒絕付款的報導。今年2月7日，Mt. Gox再宣布暫停取款，原因是他們發現比特幣軟體有一漏洞可讓駭客竄改交易內容，一直到該站於本周日關閉前都未恢復取款服務。

這使得外界謠言四起，有消息來源向媒體透露，Mt. Gox應該已經破產，因為Mt. Gox被駭客盜走了75萬個比特幣，以CoinDesk今日公布的573.5美元比特幣價格來看，Mt. Gox損失超過4億美元。

Karpele則在Mt. Gox首頁貼出聲明，表示他人還在日本，而且正努力尋找各種資源來解決他們目前所面臨的諸多問題。

除了日本政府已對此事展開調查之外，美國檢察官與聯邦調查局也都在關注此事的發展，並要求美國境內的其他比特幣交易商提交各種說明文件，美國參議員Joe Manchin則上書呼籲國會應該要立法封鎖比特幣，認為這個高度不穩定的虛擬貨幣具有顛覆性的危險。

但有6家比特幣交易商在Mt. Gox關站後發表聯合聲明，指出Mt. Gox破壞了使用者的信任，但這是個案，不應影響比特幣的價值與整個數位貨幣產業，在任何的新產業都會有壞榜樣被淘汰。（編譯/陳曉莉）
